ECO-Award for the Round Beer Sheva Trail

Marking the Round Beer Sheva Trail

Our Israel Trails Committee has received an ECO-Award for the Round Beer Sheva Trail. The trail is 26 miles (42 km) connecting urban and rural areas, archeological and historical sites. The trail combined several smaller trails.

Started in 2008, the trail is meant to blend organically into Beer Sheva's urban landscape while also connecting it with the desert that surrounds it. The trail will eventually connect to the Israel National Trail.
